- Marine Biologist/Biological Oceanographer: Pick a type of marine organism you would like to study as a profession and discuss this in your report. A fisherman is not a marine biologist!
- Oceanographer: Pick whether you would like to work in geological, physical, or chemical oceanography and discuss this in your report.
- Ocean Engineering: Research different areas of ocean engineering and then write your report on your favorite position in this field.
- Social Science: Research if you would like to work in economics, sociology, or psychology fields relating to the ocean and discuss this in your report.
